3.3 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) jil58 Account. You may not create multiple accounts whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or devices. Accounts found to be duplicates may be permanently suspended without prior notice, and any funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
3.4 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms entitling jil58 to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account.
3.5 KYC Verification. jil58 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on all registered Players. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, or SSS/GSIS card — upon request. jil58 may withhold or delay processing of withdrawals until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jil58 login credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 4.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your jil58 Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. jil58 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Your jil58 Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or gifted to any other person. 4.4 Account Inactivity. 5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jil58 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. jil58 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Currency. All jil58 transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals for Philippine-based payment methods.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit amounts, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the jil58 platform's Payments section and may be updated periodically. Current minimums are: deposit ₱100; withdrawal ₱200.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — within six (6) minutes on average; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance windows or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jil58 account holder. jil58 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. 6.3 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, jil58's game servers record the state of all active bets at the time of the fault. jil58 will resolve interrupted rounds in accordance with the applicable game rules and, where resolution is impossible, will refund the affected wager amount to the Player's Account.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. 12.3 jil58's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit jil58's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 You may request the closure of your jil58 Account at any time by contacting jil58 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses not yet eligible for withdrawal) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.2 jil58 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8; PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority directs such action; or the continued operation of the Account would expose jil58 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
13.3 Where an Account is closed by jil58 due to a breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, jil58 reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance held in that Account, including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance. Any such forfeiture will be documented and, if required by PAGCOR, reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act 9487 (The Online Gambling Regulation Act) and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the jil58 Platform, or any service offered therein shall first be submitted to jil58's internal dispute resolution process.
